We recently brought our twins in for their first eye exam and my husband switched from his old Dr since moved. Between the four of us we saw both Dr.s and liked both of them. We had a great experience with the kids and were able to get them and myself exams all at once very smoothly. Dr. Bittel was so good with the boys and made them comfortable with the exam. The staff was very nice and helpful while filling out the forms.

At my most recent revisit to Bittel Vision Care in Caste Village, I was quite pleased for many reasons. Starting with easy parking, and a smooth check-in process with pleasant people, my appointment started basically right on time. The technicians made the pre-testing effortless and explained what the tests did. After being put in the exam room, my wait for the doctor was very prompt. She professionally answered all my questions and I left feeling like she tested my eyes just as if they were hers. We'll be going there again next year!

Over the years my experiences with Bittel Vision have always been very good. I believe the employees there do their very best to make patients feel comfortable and important. There is wide selection of frames and I felt no pressure to make a fast decision on my frame selections. My very recent eye exam by Doctor Matthew Bittel's was thorough. He is very personable and friendly as well. I would definately recommend them to others.

When picking out my glasses I got a lot of help from all of the girls there. I'm very pleased with my new glasses! They're beautiful.
